Where we ship from — and the honest version
These products are not made in Switzerland. Every item is made to order (print-on-demand) by our production partners — most in Europe, some in the US — and shipped to you from there. That means an order to Switzerland (or most countries) is a cross-border international shipment: real shipping cost, and possibly import duties (see below). Our longer-term goal is more local production; for now, this is what we have, and we’d rather say so plainly. Fourthwall acts as merchant of record on the sale and manages fulfilment.
Processing (production) time
Because items are printed and embroidered on demand, they are not shipped from stock. Typical production time before your order ships is:
- Most items (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags, stickers, aprons): approximately 2–7 business days.
- Embroidered caps: please allow a little longer, as embroidery takes additional time.
Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one parcel if they are produced by different partners. Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. As a general guide (after production):
- Switzerland & EU: typically a few business days to around two weeks, depending on the producing partner’s location and the carrier.
- Rest of world: typically one to a few weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
All delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can extend transit times.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated based on your destination and order, and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout by Fourthwall as merchant of record (via Avalara).
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email. Where the carrier provides tracking, a tracking link or number will be included so you can follow your parcel. Tracking availability and granularity vary by carrier and destination.
Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties, taxes or clearance fees may likewise apply according to the rules of the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. The recipient is the importer of record.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to the producer due to an address error or an uncollected delivery, we will do our best to help, but re-shipping may incur additional cost.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@1291supply.ch with your order number (and, for damage, a clear photo). We will investigate with the carrier and producer and arrange a suitable resolution — a replacement or refund — consistent with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
